We made a mistake: we gave you wrong information. You cannot claim a UK VAT refund with the paper or e-receipts from our market stall. SORRY. All of you who are affected by this are asked to get in touch so that we can compensate you for our error. However, we can now sell tax free to non-EU customers using our credit card machine. Remember to ask for this service when you are making your purchase.  

Those of you who are frequent visitors to the site will have noticed that our prices for the Principal Collection have just increased. This is due to an unexpected increase in our yarn costs, brought about by a huge Chinese demand for raw superfine merino yarn. We can only apologize for this increase mid-season. It is beyond our control.  

The period of free shipping to all destinations has now ended. A contribution towards shipping costs has been re-introduced throughout the range of products available according to the weight of the purchase. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and hope that this will not deter you from investing in the BAKKA product of your choice.
