BAKKA is delighted to announce that we are one of this year's new makers at the Contemporary Applied Arts Gallery in Southwark Street, London SE1. If you are in or around London, please do pop in and see the Showcase Exhibition which runs from 16 August until 9 September.

We made a mistake: we gave you wrong information. You cannot claim a UK VAT refund with the paper or e-receipts from our market stall. SORRY. All of you who are affected by this are asked to get in touch so that we can compensate you for our error. However, we can now sell tax free to non-EU customers using our credit card machine. Remember to ask for this service when you are making your purchase.  

Those of you who are frequent visitors to the site will have noticed that our prices for the Principal Collection have just increased. This is due to an unexpected increase in our yarn costs, brought about by a huge Chinese demand for raw superfine merino yarn. We can only apologize for this increase mid-season. It is beyond our control.
