Deliveries & Returns

If you change your mind and cancel your order prior to dispatch of the goods, we will immediately refund the full value of any payments that you have made. Bespoke orders can only be cancelled for up to 24 hours after placing them.

Deliveries

In order to provide insurance cover during transport for your purchase, Royal Mail UK 1st Class Confirmed or International Track & Signed services are used for all online orders and will require a signature upon receipt of delivery. The insurance cover will cease when you sign for the delivery. A charge will be added at the checkout according to the weight of the parcel. To avoid excessive shipping costs, purchases will be packaged in parcels of 2kg maximum. You will be notified when there is more than one parcel being shipped. All book purchases will be shipped separately. Knitting patterns will be sent by standard mail to reduce shipping costs.

UK Sales Tax (VAT)

If you live outside the EU you will not be charged VAT at the checkout. We are able to do this because we are exporting goods to a destination outside of the EU.

Delivery Time

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3-5 working days, subject to availability, but this may take longer due to unpredictable demand. In this event we will contact you to advise you of the situation and receive your instructions.

BAKKA Refund Guarantee

We are happy to give a full refund or replacement for goods found to be unsatisfactory. We apply a rigorous quality control and inspect every item prior to dispatch, but despite our best efforts, sometimes a fault is missed.

If you change your mind about your order, or if for any reason you are not satisfied with an item purchased at our online shop, please return the goods unused within 14 days of the goods being received by you for a refund or replacement. You will be responsible for returning your goods to us and any cost incurred. We recommend that you use a tracked service. Bakka will not refund the cost of returning your goods unless the goods are deemed to be faulty.

We will not refund any bespoke items.
